Some weeks I would feel like I was exhausted from working out everyday and I still wouldn’t see any change in my body. Although I wouldn’t consider myself overweight I was seeing how my mood and my confidence was being effected by feeling like I didn’t really know what to do. Of course, it’s easy to say “eat healthy and exercise.” But I had been doing that for 15 years and after a while you start to get burned out if you don’t see the results you’re after.
Anyway… I started training with Eric and we talked about my goals and he introduced me to weight training (which, for my whole life has freaked me out because I didn’t want to look big or muscular)… and in the first few weeks I already started seeing and feeling a huge difference. I started tracking my meals and he taught me about macros.
I started lifting heavy weights and getting kind of excited about it. I got so. much. stronger. in the process. I started out being able to do ZERO chin up’s and by week 6 I was doing 7. (which is a win for me).
I started doing things like squats and working out my legs with heavy weight and honestly I have never seen my legs look smaller or leaner.
I’m still not 100% to my goal yet…but i’m excited about getting there.. I feel like my body composition has changed a lot in this process and since I started my goals have changed in the process too because I can now see what’s possible.
He also replies well when I have any questions with the program. I am really excited on the result of a program I am doing now. It is really tough, but the end is worth it. I have seen his success on other clients, so I know I will see success with myself as well. Keep up the great work, coach!
He always gives the reason behind doing what he is asking me to do, the muscle groups that are being used and is pretty much a genius with proper nutrition and supplementation. I have to tell you, I had my doubts as he is the youngest trainer I have ever hired. I am glad I set those doubts aside because he truly is so passionate about what he does, keeps the workouts fresh, pushes me to go beyond what I think I can do and really takes the best interest of the client in mind. He wants everyone to be successful with their goals. During the summer I wasn’t able to get to the gym for a while because I was opening a new location for my business. He called me and asked me where I had been. That meant the world to me because at the time he wasn’t even training me so it wasn’t as if he had to call me because I had missed a session, he called me because he was concerned. I had known him the least amount of time of any of the trainers I had previously worked with at my gym and he was the first one that had ever done that. I won’t ever forget that! It got me back in the gym and back on track. He’s got me for good!

I started seeing results about a week after I started training when the weight started to fall off. My program was a combination of 3 weight training days a week and a comprehensive and detailed diet plan.
This isn’t your regular ‘I’m gonna spend some time at the gym with a trainer to quiet my guilt’ kind of place, you will work very hard and he will push you well beyond what you think your limits are and the results will follow shortly after.

I have achieved what I thought was impossible….losing fat while gaining strength and Muscle. I still feel like I’m at the beginning of this journey but have confidence that with Eric I’m finally in control of my fitness goals.
So! 12 weeks goes by. I went from from 26% body fat to 15%. Lost about 18 pounds!! ( it’s weird tho, if you see my pics I wouldn’t think 18 pounds but damn those really are my results). Oh and how bout I wasn’t about the chin up life. I went from zero chin ups to 4. ( THATS CRAZY HARD FOR ME! !! ) My energy and strength has skyrocketed and sheesh it’s an incredible feeling honestly.
